Alley Cats Sign Lawrence County’s Lane Flesher

LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. – Bethel Bowling Coach Clay Boyd announced Friday the signing of Lawrence County High School’s Lane Flesher. Lane is the son of   Amanda Runions of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and is undecided on his major.

Along with being a varsity member of the LCHS bowling squad, Flesher excelled in the classroom. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the National Honors Society. He was also a three-year member of the 100 Club.

Lane feels his biggest strengths are his knowledge and understanding of the sport and in being a supportive teammate.

Coach Boyd was excited with the signing. ” We are thrilled Lane has decided to continue his education and bowling career at Bethel University. Lane brings a strong academic background that will be exemplified in the classroom at Bethel. He demonstrates a person of character which will pay large dividends to the morale and character of our men’s bowling program. We are extremely excited to watch Lane grow his bowling knowledge and his bowling game along with sharing his collegiate journey with him.”
