Women's bowling announces 2023-24 schedule


ROCK ISLAND — The 2023-24 Augustana women’s bowling schedule has been released and is now available for viewing.

Augustana opens their new campaign with a three-day tournament in Madison, Wis. beginning Friday, October 20 at the Dream Lanes for the Warhawk Classic. They will then head to Iowa to close out the month for a return trip to the 5 Seasons Classic in Cedar Rapids.

The Vikings see two more outings to round out the 2023 calendar year, beginning with the local Leatherneck Classic on November 11-12 at TBK Entertainment Center. The first CCIW Tournament of the season will take place the following weekend at a site to be announced.

Following two months off, the Vikings will head to the Clarke Invitational in Dubuque, Iowa for their first competition to kick off the new year. Less than a week later, Augustana takes part in the D3 Central Invite co-hosted by Aurora and Elmhurst at Poplar Creek in Hoffman Estates, Ill. This will be the first of two three-day tournaments in a row for the team, followed by the Lewis Flyer Classic on February 9-11. Augie returns home to host the Viking Classic at TBK on February 17-18 before heading to Pheasant Lanes in Bloomington, Ill. for the second regular season CCIW outing.
