COLUMBUS, OHIO — Belmont Abbey placed three bowlers in the top five of the individual standing — led by Sean Neidhold in first — to hold the top spot at the DO Apparel-Brunswick Collegiate Open. The tournament is the season opener for the Crusaders.
The varsity competitors combined for a team score of 5314, 256 pins better then host Muskingum. The junior varsity team #2 stands second in that division with 4931 pins, while the junior varsity team #3 is just 15 pins behind that. Muskingum leads the JV Division with 4963 pins.
Play concludes tomorrow with five more traditional games.
