‘Bama State Bowling Third, Razor Seventh at Southern Queens Invitational

BATON ROUGE, La. | Led by Savanna Razo’s seventh place finish, the Alabama State University women’s bowling team claimed third place at the Southern Queens Invitationa.
 
Alabama State started bracket play with its second win over 13^th ranked Tulane, 4-2 before falling 4-3 to eventual tournament champion UAB.
 
The Lady Hornets took their third win over 13th ranked Tulane 4-1 to lock in the third place finish.
 
Overall Alabama State finished the weekend with 8-4 that inlcuded four wins over ranked teams while all five Lady Hornets in the top 25.
 
Razor finished seventh as the top Lady Hornet followed by Lyric O’Steen in 15^th, Oliva Miller in 21st and Jenna Knight in 24^th.
