FORT WAYNE, Ind. — In the season opener for the Bethel Pilots Women’s Bowling team, the Pilots finished eighth at the first Crossroads League Tournament at MVP Lanes on Friday.
Alexandra Burkholder was the top finisher for the Pilots in eighth with an individual score of 169-161-186 (516) with Emily Blosser finishing next best in 11th at 138-182-191 (511) in her first collegiate tournament. In the Baker games, the Pilots rolled a 451-445-424 (1300) to round out the scoring. The Pilots finished as a team with a grand total of 2979 pins.
The second Crossroads League Tournament plays on Saturday, Dec. 7, starting at 9:30 a.m. at Pro Bowl West in Fort Wayne, Ind., hosted by the Grace Lancers, in the Pilots next Tournament.
