Sterling Heights, Mich. — The Aquinas College bowling programs competed in the Michigan Open hosted by Madonna on Saturday (Dec. 7). After the final frame the Saints picked up two top-five finishes as the men secured fifth with 5,910 total pins, while the women clinched third with 5,888 total pins.
Men
In team play, Lawrence Tech took the victory on the day with 6,513, followed by Indiana Tech (6,327), Madonna (6,174), Saint Francis (5,940), and Aquinas in fifth (5,910). Here is how the men placed individually on the day:

Women
The Saints finished off the day with a third-place performance by knocking down 5,888 total pins. Indiana Tech lead the way with 6,200 pins, and Concordia settled in between for second with 6,191. The remainder of the top five saw Cleary in fourth (5,863) and Rochester in fifth (5,813).
