JONESBORO, Ark. (6/21/24) – Arkansas State women’s bowling head coach Justin Kostick announced Friday the addition of Katie Ruszczak to the 2024-25 roster.

“We are thrilled to add Katie to our roster for the upcoming season,” said Kostick. “Katie had a highly successfully high school career and we look forward to seeing her grow in our program.”

Ruszczak was a standout bowler for Prospect (Ill.) High School finishing third at the 2024 IHSA State Championship. She earned the 2024 regional championships and is a four-time all-conference selection. Ruszczak is a five-time Junior Gold qualifier and won sectional titles in 2019 and 2023. In 2022, she helped her team to an IHSA Regional Championship while earning top honors individually.

Ruszczak is the fourth addition to the 2024-25 roster joining Alex-Anne Auclair, Amanda Lang and Kaylee Back.
