MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State University women’s bowling team head women’s bowling coach Andrew Chatmon announced the signing of Iowa Bowler of the Year Ammiah Wynn on Thursday.

  • Girls Bowling Team Captain (10th -12th).
  • 2022 Mississippi Athletic Conference’s Bowler of the Year.
  • Girls Bowling MVP (2019-2021) .
  • Girls Bowling MAC All-Conference Team (2021-2022).
  • Girls Bowling MAC All-Academic Team (2022).
  • Two-Time Sub-State Champion (2021-2022).
  • IHSAA State Bowling (2022).
  • IGHSAU 4th Place finish at State (2022).
  • Girls Bowling Varsity Letter + Service Bars (2019-2022).
  • Iowa Girls Bowling MAC Player of the Year (2022).
  • Averaged 206 per game, which is the only individual in the metro to eclipse 200 in 2022.
  • She rolled games of 248, 222 and 234 for a 704 series in the preliminaries in the 2022 state tournament and followed with a personal-best 278 game in the state quarterfinals.
  • 2022 elected First-Team All-district First-Team All-state by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association.
  • Also lettered in volleyball.
