JONESBORO, Ark. – The Alabama State University went 1-1 in bracket play on the final day of the Mid-Winter Invitational presented by Kalmer Solutions at Hijinx Family Entertainment Center.
Alabama State fell to Tusculum and defeated Jackson State to place 14th overall. The Lady Hornets had a 181.6 team average with 11,800 pinfalls on the weekend.
Lyric O’Steen finished in 18th with a 213.60 average in 1,068 total pins as the top Lady Hornet. Bailee Chapman was 46th with a 189.4 average and 947 pinfalls. Savannah Razor followed in 47th with a 189.0 average and 945 total pins. Alana Degruy was 62nd (168.0/840), Zoe Roe was 86th (158.3/475) and Emani Davis is 92nd (183.5/367)
Alabama State returns to action the TNBA Invitational hosted by Jackson State University in Atlanta, Ga., on March 3-5.
