Vanderbilt Bowling | Vandy to Play for National Title

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Vanderbilt will bowl for a national championship.

A thrilling, 2-0 victory over Nebraska put the Commodores in Saturday’s NCAA Championship final vs. Arkansas State. The match can be seen live at 8 p.m. CT on ESPNU.

Earlier Saturday, Vandy beat Nebraska 1,115-1,109 in the traditional match to take a 1-0 lead. The Dores were down 31 pins when Mabel Cummins knocked down two strikes and seven pins for the victory.

Vanderbilt then easily won the 5-game Baker match to secure its spot in the finals.

The Commodores have previously won national championships in 2007 and 2018.
